Our clinic understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring adjustments to scheduled appointments. However, to ensure the efficient management of our resources and to honor the time of both our clients and clinicians, we have implemented the following appointment cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Notice: We kindly request that all appointment cancellations be made with at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment slot to another individual in need of our services.

2. No-Show or Late Cancellation Fee: A fee of $75 will be charged for any missed appointments (no-show) or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. However, we understand that emergencies and unexpected situations may arise. Therefore, the first instance of a late cancellation or no-show will be waived as a courtesy.

3. Rescheduling: Clients who need to reschedule their appointments are encouraged to do so in a timely manner to avoid the cancellation fee. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.

4. Re-evaluation of Needs and Treatment: Please note that repeated instances of late cancellations or no-shows may necessitate a re-evaluation of your treatment plan and scheduling needs. Consistent attendance is essential for successful treatment outcomes. If there are concerns about attendance or adherence to appointments, we may need to discuss adjustments to ensure that you receive the best possible care. In extreme cases, repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in discharge from our clinic.
